Since its foundation in September 2014, Pathways has been working in conjunction with other local organizations on producing written materials in several minority languages of the Caucasus, and promoting the use and distribution of mother tongue materials in these communities. Pathways has held workshops at its head office in Tbilisi to create and translate these materials, attended by representatives from throughout the region. Employees support and further the organization’s goals by bringing to bear a wide range of skills, from training in linguistics and translation to photography and graphic design.
